Valerie Humphrey, former director of communications and development at the Italian National Trust, has been appointed to the board of the Strawberry Hill Trust.
The trust is responsible for managing the restoration of Strawberry Hill in Twickenham, the house built by Horace Walpole, the 4th Earl of Orford and youngest son of former Prime Minister Robert Walpole.
