Bland hits out over lack of cash for CIC promotion

Jonathan Bland, chief executive of the Social Enterprise Coalition, has criticised the Government for not providing the Regulator of Community Interest Companies with enough resources to increase awareness of CICs.

Bland said it was "absolutely shameful" that the CIC regulator had a budget of only £10,000 to promote the CIC structure, which was established in 2005.
