Hurd is new shadow charities minister

Nick Hurd has been named shadow minister for charities after a reshuffle by Conservative Party leader David Cameron.
The MP for Ruislip-Northwood replaces charities spokesman Greg Clark, who has been promoted to the new post of shadow energy and climate change secretary.
