Campaign chiefs 'hard to come by'

Development charities are finding it increasingly hard to recruit suitable campaigning directors, according to sector experts.

Of 17 campaigns director or coordinator posts advertised through the British Overseas Network for Development in the past six months, three have been advertised again within two months, one has been restructured and two remain open.
