Lepra ends third case out of court

The third of four employment tribunal cases that involve overseas medical charity Lepra has been settled out of court, just over a month before the hearing was due to begin.

Jane Frame, who was head office fundraising manager at Lepra, has dropped her case for sex discrimination and constructive dismissal after accepting a payment of £2,500 from the charity.
