Crime Concern and Rainer make merger official

From today Rainer and Crime Concern will operate as a single charity, based in new offices on London's Old Street. It will continue to operate all the current projects of both youth organisations.

So far the move has resulted in only one redundancy – that of Clare Checksfield, former chief executive of Crime Concern, who took up her post earlier this year. No more job losses are expected in the short term, although the charity has not ruled them out. The new organisation...
