Out-of-court deal in tribunal case

The YWCA has reached an out-of-court agreement with a former manager days before the start of an employment tribunal hearing.
The charity, which works with disadvantaged young women, confirmed that it had reached an agreement with Jane Whittle, former London and south east regional manager.
