Intelligent Giving overhaul replaces smiley faces

Donor information service Intelligent Giving has overhauled its website to improve the way it profiles charities.

Some of the smiley face icons used to rate transparency have been replaced with more informative indicators. Charities' reserves are now represented by a pile of coins, for example.
