Lepra boss denies racial discrimination at tribunal

Lepra chief executive Terry Vasey told an industrial tribunal last week that he was astonished to be accused of race discrimination and constructive dismissal by a Bangladeshi employee.

In his statement, former Bangladesh programmes officer Rokunuz Zaman alleged that, on his last day with the charity, Vasey told him: "You people are very difficult, untruthful and complicated, and also very political."
