Age Concern set to invest more money in Heyday

A further £3.1m is to be invested in Heyday, Age Concern's subsidiary for the over-50s, in the current financial year.

A memorandum to trustees, dated 1 August and seen by Third Sector, shows that the original budget of £5.5m was scaled down to account for disappointing membership figures.
