Lepra agrees to tribunal pay-off

An employment tribunal case against medical aid charity Lepra has been settled out of court four days before the hearing was due to begin.

Alistair Heron, former manager of trusts fundraising at the charity, brought a case of constructive dismissal against Lepra.
