Defiant charity to appeal job ruling

A charity that defied an employment tribunal ruling that it should reinstate its chief executive has appealed against the decision.
Last year, Disability Action Yorkshire was ordered by the tribunal to concede that it had unfairly dismissed its chief executive, Judith Oliver (Third Sector, 9 January). The charity was told to reinstate her, but she was prevented from entering the building when she arrived for work (Third Sector, 5 March)....
