Movers: Baroness Neuberger, board member, New Philanthropy Capital

Baroness Neuberger and Rishi Khosla have joined the board of New Philanthropy Capital, a charity that advises people on how to give more effectively. Neuberger is special adviser to the Government on volunteering and a former health spokeswoman for the Liberal Democrats. Khosla is chief executive of financial research organisation Copal Partners.
