Capacitybuilders might venture into publishing

Capacitybuilders is considering launching a magazine to share good practice related to the ChangeUp infrastructure programme in a bid to improve links in different levels of the scheme.
The suggestion arose at a meeting aimed at bringing together local, regional and national support providers and to discuss how to tackle the gaps between the various parts of the programme. “People felt that emails were all well and good but having something in their hands was preferable,” a Capacitybuilders...
