Natasha Finlayson is the new chief executive of the Who Cares? Trust, the charity for children in residential or foster care. Finlayson joins from ChildLine, where she was director of communications and policy for seven years. She replaces Susanna Cheal, who is standing down after 15 years to concentrate on consultancy work.
